About me
I am Rahul, an AI engineer in the UK with 15+ years of building software.
I am currently an AI Engineer in Automation Transformation and AI at Flutter UK & Ireland, where I build agents and AI automation. Before moving into AI, I spent three and a half years there as a software engineer.
What I care about
- Prototype to production. A demo that works once is the easy part. I care about the part after: tests, monitoring, failure handling, and a running cost that makes sense.
- Measuring it. If you cannot show the model is helping, you do not know that it is. Evals come before features.
- Research into real systems. I read papers and implement them in my work, and the interesting part is usually what you have to change to make them survive real traffic.
- Products where mistakes matter. Most of my career has been on large consumer platforms, where a bad decision reaches real customers fast.
